Old concrete gone, site ready for the next pour
Cracked driveways, lifted patios, and busted-up slabs are more than an eyesore. They are trip hazards and they block whatever you want to build next. We clear them out.
Removal starts with a real assessment. We look at what is under and around the slab, plumbing, irrigation, nearby trees, and structures tied into the concrete, then choose the right method. Jackhammers and heavy machinery break the concrete apart while we work around rebar, wire mesh, and anything that needs to stay.
We keep the site organized as we go, manage debris instead of letting it pile up, and haul it off when the job is done. You are left with a clean, level area, not a mess to deal with.
- Driveways, patios, slabs, walkways, and walls
- Site assessment for utilities and structures first
- Organized debris handling and full haul-off
- Site left clean and ready for the next phase

Driveway removal
Tear out cracked or sunken driveways and clear the pad so a new, level pour can go down clean.

Floor & slab demolition
Interior floors and structural slabs broken out for renovations, residential through industrial.
Foundation & footing breakout

Tight-space removal
Backyards, alleys, and confined areas where access is the real challenge, handled with the right tools.
Commercial demolition
Large-scale removal for businesses, coordinated to keep disruption to operations down.
Our concrete removal process
Demolition done right is more than swinging a jackhammer. Here is how we run every removal job to keep the site safe and the surrounding property intact.
Site assessment
Before anything gets broken, we walk the site with you. We note plumbing, irrigation, electrical conduit, tree roots, and structures tied into or adjacent to the concrete. Knowing what is there prevents expensive mistakes during demolition.
Utility marking
We call 811 and confirm underground utilities are marked before breaking ground. For slabs with embedded plumbing or electrical, we locate those lines before the first cut. No assumptions on anything underground.
Saw-cut sections
Where clean breaks matter, such as at expansion joints, property lines, or walls that stay, we saw-cut the concrete first. This gives us precise control over what comes out versus what remains, and it makes the breakout cleaner and faster.
Break out and separate
Jackhammers and equipment break the slab into manageable pieces. We separate concrete from rebar as we go. Steel gets pulled and staged for recycling. Thick slabs and heavily reinforced sections take more time and we plan for that in the estimate.
Debris management
We do not let material pile up randomly. Broken concrete goes straight to staging areas or trucks as we work. This keeps the site navigable, reduces hazard, and speeds up the overall job. A disorganized demolition site is a dangerous one.
Haul-off and site prep
Everything gets loaded and hauled away. Where feasible, broken concrete is sent to recycling facilities as road base or aggregate rather than going straight to a landfill. You are left with a clean, level site ready for the next pour, landscaping, or construction phase.
Removal done safe, clean, and recycled
Demolition is where corners get cut and properties get damaged. We run it the other way. Strict safety protocols, careful work around hazards, and a clean site at the end. Where we can, broken concrete gets recycled into road base and aggregate instead of going straight to a landfill.

What does concrete removal cost in Las Vegas?
Concrete removal pricing depends on the specific job. Square footage, thickness, reinforcement, and site access are the main drivers. We give you a firm price after seeing the site. Here is what we look at when we build the estimate.
Square footage and thickness
More concrete means more labor, more equipment time, and more haul trips. A thick structural slab is significantly harder to break out and load than a standard 4-inch residential pour.
Rebar and reinforcement
Wire mesh and rebar slow down demolition and add to the separation and haul time. Heavily reinforced slabs and post-tensioned concrete require more work and specialized handling.
Site access
Open driveway access where we can drive a truck right up is the easiest scenario. Tight backyards, narrow gates, or confined interior spaces require smaller equipment and more manual handling, which increases labor.
Disposal and recycling
Concrete disposal costs depend on volume and whether the material qualifies for recycling. We work with recycling facilities across the Valley and route material there when feasible, which can reduce disposal cost.

Concrete removal questions, answered
What types of concrete removal do you offer?
Driveways, patios, walkways, interior floors, structural slabs, footings, and curbs. Whether it is a small backyard patio or a large industrial floor, we have the crew and the heavy equipment for it.
What happens to the concrete you remove?
Where it is feasible, broken concrete gets recycled. Crushed material can become road base, landscaping gravel, or aggregate for new concrete, which keeps it out of the landfill and is often the more cost-effective route.
Is disposal handled to local regulations?
Yes. We follow local Las Vegas rules for concrete waste disposal, handle any permits the job requires, and coordinate with authorities so the whole removal stays compliant.
Can you remove concrete from tight or hard-to-reach areas?
We do this regularly. Narrow alleys, fenced backyards, and confined interior spaces all come down to using the right tools and a crew that knows how to work the access. We get it out safely without tearing up what surrounds it.
How is the site left when you finish?
Clean and clear. We manage debris as we go, haul it off, and leave a level area that is ready for your next pour, build, or landscaping. No pile left behind for you to handle.
What does concrete removal cost in Las Vegas?
The cost depends on square footage, slab thickness, how much rebar or reinforcement is present, site access, and disposal volume. A plain 4-inch residential patio with open truck access is a different job from a heavily reinforced interior industrial floor. We give you a firm price after a free on-site walk.
How long does concrete removal take?
Most residential removal jobs wrap in one to three days. Larger commercial projects take longer depending on the volume and coordination required. We give you a timeline at the estimate stage so you can plan around the work.
Do I need a permit for concrete removal in Las Vegas?
Removing concrete from private property generally does not require a permit on its own, though some demolition scopes and anything touching the public right-of-way may. If the removal is part of a larger project that does require a permit, we handle that coordination. We let you know at the estimate stage if a permit applies.
Can you remove just part of a slab?
Yes. Saw-cutting lets us remove a specific section while leaving the rest of the slab intact. This is common when only part of a driveway needs replacement, or when a section of a patio is damaged and the rest is still serviceable. We cut clean lines and remove only what needs to go.
