Clean cuts that protect what stays standing
Concrete cutting is not about brute force. Done right, it is the most controlled way to modify a structure without cracking the parts you want to keep.
We use diamond-edged saws to make accurate cuts through slabs, walls, and footings, whether you are opening a wall for a door, trenching a floor for plumbing, or sectioning concrete for removal. Clean kerf, minimal vibration, and tight tolerances mean the surrounding concrete keeps its strength.
Every cut starts with a plan. We mark the line, check for rebar and utilities, control the slurry and dust, and cut to depth so the job stays safe and the finished edge is straight enough to build off of.
- Diamond saws for clean, accurate cuts
- Wall sawing for doors, windows, and openings
- Flat sawing for floors, trenches, and joints
- Dust and slurry control on every job
Cutting work for every scale
Wall sawing
Precise openings for doors, windows, and pass-throughs cut cleanly into existing concrete walls.
Flat & slab sawing
Floors, driveways, and patios cut for trenching, expansion, plumbing, or sectioned removal.
Wire sawing
For thick or oddly shaped concrete, diamond wire handles cuts that standard saws cannot reach.
Control & expansion joints
Cut at the right depth and spacing to direct where slabs crack so you control it, not the weather.
Demolition cuts
Sectioning slabs and structures into manageable pieces ahead of removal or renovation.
Commercial & industrial
Large-scale cutting for tenant improvements, warehouses, and facility upgrades across the Valley.
How we plan and execute every cut
1. Site review and line location
We review drawings, confirm what to cut and what to protect, and scan for embedded rebar, post-tension cables, and buried utilities before the saw goes near the slab.
2. Precise layout marking
Cut lines are marked on the concrete with chalk or paint, verified against the project plan, and confirmed before we start. A clean outcome starts with an accurate line.
3. Equipment setup and water supply
We bring the right saw for the application, flat saw for slabs, wall saw for vertical cuts, connect water supply for slurry suppression, and set containment so runoff stays on site.
4. Controlled cutting
We cut at the right blade speed and depth, keeping the kerf straight and tool force steady. Thick sections get multiple passes to reach final depth without stressing the blade or surrounding concrete.
5. Slurry collection and cleanup
Slurry is vacuumed or squeegeed up, disposed of properly, and the cut face is left clean and ready for the next trade to work from immediately.
Cutting handled with a safety-first crew
Concrete cutting throws dust, slurry, and serious tool forces. After 30+ years on Valley job sites, we run it tight: site assessment first, trained operators, water to knock down dust, and protocols that protect the crew, the structure, and everyone around the work.

What affects the price of concrete cutting
Concrete cutting is priced by the scope of the job, not by the square foot. The main cost drivers are slab thickness, rebar content, cut length, and how accessible the site is to our equipment.
Slab or wall thickness
A 4-inch residential floor cut looks nothing like a 10-inch reinforced structural wall. Thicker concrete requires more blade time, additional passes, and heavier equipment.
Embedded steel
Rebar and post-tension cables are manageable with the right diamond tooling, but they increase blade wear and often require a slower, more deliberate cut, which affects the overall cost.
Length and depth of cut
Total linear footage, cut depth, and the number of separate cut lines in the scope all factor into the estimate. A trench across a warehouse floor is a different job than a doorway opening in a party wall.
Equipment access
Tight interior spaces, stairwells, or restricted-access sites require smaller equipment and more setup time compared to open exterior slab work, and the price reflects that.
The most accurate budget starts with a free on-site look. Call (702) 766-5401 and we will walk the job and give you a real number before anything starts.
Concrete cutting questions, answered
What kind of cuts can you make?
We handle wall sawing for openings, flat sawing for floors and trenches, wire sawing for thick or awkward sections, and joint cutting on new slabs. If it is concrete and it needs a clean, controlled cut, we can do it.
How do you control dust during cutting?
We use water on the cut to suppress dust and capture slurry, which keeps the air cleaner and the site safer. That is standard on our jobs, not an upcharge.
Can you cut around rebar and utilities?
Yes. We check for embedded steel and run lines before we start, then cut to depth while protecting what is in the slab. Diamond tooling cuts through rebar cleanly when the design calls for it.
Do you do both residential and commercial cutting?
We do. The same precision goes into a homeowner's doorway opening and a commercial floor trench. We scale the equipment and crew to the size of the job.
What support do I get after the cut?
We leave the site clean and can advise on next steps, whether that is removal, repair, or a fresh pour. If the cut is part of a larger project, we coordinate so the phases line up.
How much does concrete cutting cost in Las Vegas?
Cutting jobs are priced by scope, not a flat per-square-foot rate. Thickness, total cut length, rebar content, and site access all drive the number. A basic slab trench for plumbing runs very differently from an opening cut through a thick reinforced wall. The accurate answer comes from a free on-site estimate, which we do at no charge.
How long does a typical cutting job take?
Most residential cutting jobs wrap in a few hours to a full day. Commercial or industrial work, large-scale floor trenching, or multi-wall openings can run multiple days. We give you a realistic schedule when we walk the job and know the full scope.
Is concrete cutting better than full demolition for my project?
Cutting is the right call when you need a precise opening, want to keep most of the surrounding concrete intact, or are working in an occupied building where demolition would disrupt too much. Full demolition makes more sense when the entire section is coming out anyway. We can advise on the right approach once we see the job.
